SHIPMENT POLICY

At BullGear we deliver our Adjustable Dumbbells up to 24kg for free in 24 hours, thanks to our stock available in Spain. Shipments are made through courier companies. We only offer shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, and the Canary and Balearic Islands are excluded from shipping.

Please note that our adjustable dumbbells are shipped in a very heavy package (approx. 25 kg).

Shipping costs and delivery locations

At BullGear we offer free shipping to Peninsular Spain and Europe. We do not ship to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands.

Cut-off times and delivery times

The cut-off time is 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, that is, if the order of the dumbbells is made before that time, the shipment will take 24 hours. If the order is placed after 1:00 p.m., the order will be shipped within 48 hours. Next, we present a relationship with the purchase hours and the arrival of the package:

From Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to Monday before 1:00 p.m.: They will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
From Tuesday to Thursday before 1:00 p.m.: They will be delivered the next day.
Holidays: Will be delivered 24 hours after the first business day.

Shipments to Europe are made in 72 hours.

Please note that courier companies do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We also ask that local or regional holidays be taken into account at the destination.

Finally, as a result of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the increase in demand for courier services can cause specific delays in deliveries. In this case, please be patient and if in doubt, contact us.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed successfully. If the payment is made by bank transfer, there is usually a 24-hour waiting period to receive the transfer. For orders placed with the rest of the payment methods, the orders are processed immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

Shipment tracking

Once the order has been placed in BullGear, we will inform you by email when we have proceeded to send it. We at BullGear will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is a problem. For this reason, we appreciate that you provide us with a contact telephone number when placing the order.

Orders not delivered

Orders are placed with first-rate courier companies and have the task of delivering the orders to the delivery address chosen by the buyer.

Causes and reasons for delays

At BullGear we try to meet the stipulated delivery deadlines. However, our liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events, legal regulations, etc.). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible and, exceptionally, the periods indicated above will not apply.
